The place we met ...
Although our first meeting was the formal one which is undergone in every south indian wedding.... where the groom and his family members come to see the bride............ i would not want to consider that as my first meeting with him...because i remember we didnt even see each other properly.....
As i entered the room where he was seated with his parents and sis..... just our eyes met each other, d second i took my seat.... it was sooo embrassing for both of us at that moment.. tht neither of us took the courage to take a second look....... :) I don't think I was even ready for a marriage at that time and rituals like seemed annoying to be honest.
Though the very first meeting was an embrassing one for both of us....... we had a beautiful meeting the very day of our engagement......... on this place in the photo.. in front of the temple nearby to our homes...
It was 8.00 in the morning when we decided to meet in the nearby temple. He had to go back soon that he asked me to come at 8.30 itself. As he had so urgently asked me to come soon... me n my bro reached temple at sharp 8.30 and started waiting for him. .... the time was 9 and no sight of him......... actually saying... me and my bro got fed up and took the round of the temple when i got a call from him that he is inside......... so i asked him to come out so that we'll meet in the front..... that was d moment when my heart beat raised like anything..... I was about to meet a person who is going to be my partner in life for all the days to come?? I couldn't believe it
and at last he came from inside and saw us standing there waiting for him..... i can still now remember tht smile of his which he had on his lips when he saw me...... i didnt speak anything but exchanged a smile..... my bro didnt visit inside...he went to have a visit of the god inside and we two started to take d round of the praharam.......
It was sooo easy for me to talk to him so casually in phone..but when i met him i trembled like anything...it was very hard for me to even utter a word....but tht was a nice feeling when i think of it now( definitely not at that time)....someone whom i didnt even know was from tht day going to be my world....tht little talk walk i had with him beside me was something very different...... yes very beautiful moment indeed of my memories with him.......... I remember talking to God to give me the strength and courage to withstand all that life gives me with love and passion. He seemed to be a fun and jolly person by his talks that time and I thought atleast that quality at last matches he he :p
